I'm a Mum

I'm a mum.

I used to be someone else. Someone important. Someone who had a career, a social life, money, someone to be respected. A someone

Now, I'm a mum. I spend my days knee deep in nappies and pureed veg. I only listen to princess songs. I watch daytime TV (that pig usually). My hair is never done, if you look closely you'll see bits of plasticine and paint.

My time is now split between running a business, washing, keep a home, washing, juggle the finances, washing, de-stressing the husband, washing... And generally fretting, feeling guilty about how I raise my kids.

Not sure how I got to be here.

But I'd never change it. I'm, "A Someone's" mum.
